Frank Petulla: started work in wholesale fruit at the former Sydney Markets site at Haymarket in 1972 and held the managerial role at A&H Fruit Supply for over 20 years. Frank is a Director of Sydney Markets Co-operative Services and recipient of the 2012 Sydney Markets Merit Award. Although retired, Frank is the Executive Director of ProFruit and involved in some aspects of Sydney Markets.
Nick Martelli: is a veteran of fresh produce who joined ProFruit in 2018 as the General Manager. With decades of experience growing and selling, in both wholesale and retail, Nick is a great addition to the ProFruit team.

Michael Petulla: joined A&H Fruit Supply in 2002 after completing an automotive trade. He is a 3rd generation wholesaler, and like his father and his father before him, Michael has the market life in his blood. Michael oversees the market floor, specialises in citrus and stone fruit and grower relations.

Tony Costa: runs the apple and pear department. He has decades of experience in Sydney Markets and a keen eye for what each customer needs.

Leo Ruello: has been working in Sydney Markets for decades. Leo first started working with the Petullas on the A&H stand and is now the floor manager at ProFruit. Leo has a wealth of knowledge in all areas of fresh produce and can assist customers with orders for any of the produce on the stand.

George Cremona: has worked at ProFruit since it’s inception. He has exceptional knowledge of citrus and imported produce but is also a great all rounder, ready to help service your needs.
Carlo Spina: can be found selling the exotic produce on the ProFruit stand. Carlo was brought up in the markets and has exceptional experience with melons and exotics.
Gayle Willis joined A&H Fruit Supply in 1990 as a clerical assistant and is now the Administration and Office Manager for ProFruit. With a vast range of responsibilities, Gayle is a highly regarded member of the ProFruit team.
